同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑設(shè)計(jì)研究院成立于1958年，是全國(guó)知名的集團(tuán)化管理的特大型甲級(jí)設(shè)計(jì)單位。持有國(guó)家建設(shè)部頒發(fā)的建筑、市政、橋梁、公路、巖土、地質(zhì)、
風(fēng)景園林、環(huán)境污染防治、人防、文物保護(hù)等多項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)及國(guó)家計(jì)委頒發(fā)的工程咨詢證書，是目前國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)資質(zhì)涵蓋面最廣的設(shè)計(jì)單位之一。
經(jīng)過近五十年的積累和進(jìn)取，我院擁有了雄厚的設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)力、豐富的人力資源、先進(jìn)的設(shè)計(jì)手段。全院現(xiàn)有職工860人，一級(jí)注冊(cè)建筑師98名，一級(jí)注冊(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)工程師114名。1986年以來我院共有近200項(xiàng)設(shè)計(jì)作品獲獎(jiǎng)。
作為一所國(guó)際著名高校設(shè)計(jì)單位，我院非常重視建筑教育。培養(yǎng)了一大批碩士生、博士生。此外，我院具備豐富的對(duì)外交流合作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，曾成功的與來自美國(guó)、加拿大、德國(guó)、法國(guó)、西班牙等國(guó)的著名事務(wù)所合作，并互派員工交流學(xué)習(xí)。
按ISO9001標(biāo)準(zhǔn)建立的質(zhì)量保證體系通過中國(guó)SAC和美國(guó)RAB雙重認(rèn)證。自2001年起，與中國(guó)人民保險(xiǎn)公司簽訂了每年累計(jì)賠償一億元人民幣的工程設(shè)計(jì)險(xiǎn)合同。我院有能力提供頂尖的設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品和一流的咨詢服務(wù)。

Introduction to the Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University
The Architectural Design and Research Institute of Tongji University,
founded in 1958, is one of the leading design groups in China with the
most comprehensive range of disciplines available in the country,
allowing it to develop many types of design project. It holds design
certificates issued by the State Ministry of Construction for China in
architecture, municipal engineering, bridge engineering, highway
engineering, geotechnical investigation, geology, landscaping,
environmental engineering, civil air defence and cultural relic
protection. It also holds an Engineering Consulting Certificate issued
by the State Planning Committee.
The Design Institute has developed its strength in design, manpower
and technology through its 50 years of experience. It employs 860
professionals including 98 State First Class Registered Architects and
114 State First Class Registered Structural Engineers. It has won nearly
200 prizes for its design work since 1986.
Affiliated to a well known university, the Design Institute has a
tradition in architectural education. It has cultivated a number of
graduate students. In addition, the Design Institute has successfully
collaborated with many well known design firms from the United States,
Canada, Germany, France and Spain etc. Exchange of staff is also part of
the collaboration.
The Design Institute has been approved to the ISO9001 Quality
Assurance Standard by Shanghai Audit Centre and RAB, the American ISO
assessment organization. In 2001, the Design Institute signed an
Engineering Design Insurance Contract with PICC, one of the leading
insurance companies in China. This gives total cover of 100 million RMB
per annum.
